Gyan Books Private Limited is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Ashok Vihar Ph Iii, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Typing, Data entry and MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and organised

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
