H1 Hr Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join its team in Gurukul, Ahmedabad. The pay goes up to ₹13,000/month. Freshers can apply. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Oversee Operations In Hotels, Restaurants, Or Event Spaces To Deliver Excellent Service. Manage Staff, Coordinate Budgets, And Ensure Compliance With Standards. Implement Strategies To Improve Guest Satisfaction And Business Performance.

Day-to-day work

• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Lead generation, CRM, Presentation and Customer handling
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
• A confident, self-motivated attitude
