Experience In Healthcare Industries. Familiarity With Visitor Management And Appointment Scheduling Software. Knowledge Of Basic Office Administration And Facility Coordination. Experience Handling Executive Reception And Vip Visitors. Basic Knowledge Of Invoicing, Billing, Or Erp Systems. Event And Meeting Coordination Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Email etiquette, Typing and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
