Customer Service Representatives Help Customers With Orders And Handle Complaints. In This Role, You Provide Information And Answer Questions Related To The Products And Services Sold By The Company. You Also Process Returns And Forward Complaints To Other Departments Or Supervisors. Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Good English

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
