Dispatch Executive

Hainey Global is looking for a Dispatch Executive to join its team in Bawana, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Oversee Inventory, Storage, And Distribution Of Materials For Smooth Operations. Monitor Stock Levels And Coordinate With All Departments For Replenishment. Maintain Accurate Records And Ensure Space Optimization. Manage All Dispatch ( Input / Output ). More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel, Stock Management, Inventory Management, Basic Excel

What you will do

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Inventory Management, Stock Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone organised and well spoken
