Collections Team Leader

Hallmark Financial Services has an opening for a Collections Team Leader based in Mahbubnagar. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of KYC, Financial products, MS Excel and Compliance
• Male Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are trustworthy and persuasive

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
