Halloo Fintech is looking for a Loan Officer to join its team in Sector 7 - Noida, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
