**Team Leader Loan Sales:** Lead And Motivate The Sales Team To Achieve Monthly Targets. Manage Leads, Customer Follow-Ups, Conversions And Documentation. Monitor Team Performance, Provide Training And Support, Prepare Daily Reports, And Ensure Business Growth While Maintaining Company Policies And Quality Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | B2C | Preferred Experience In : Credit Card, Loan

What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Salary

You will be paid ₹22,000 – ₹32,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of B2c, Credit Card and Loan
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A confident, persuasive attitude
