The Customer Service Executive - Insights Will Be Responsible For Engaging With Customers Through Calls And Digital Platforms To Gather Product Feedback, Understand Customer Experiences, And Generate Actionable Insights To Support Product And Business Improvements. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Manage Operations

Roles and responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Manage Operations
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
