Job Description Collection Team Managerresponsible For Leading The Collections Team And Ensuring Timely Recovery Of Overdue Payments While Achieving Collection Targets. Manage Daily Collection Activities, Monitor Team Performance, Coordinate With Branch Managers And Other Departments, Resolve Customer Issues, Ensure Compliance With Bank Policies, Prepare Collection Reports, And Implement Effective Recovery Strategies To Maintain Portfolio Quality And Reduce Delinquency.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Financial products, Customer acquisition and Documentation
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are persuasive and detail-oriented

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
