Manage Customer Interactionsaddressing Inquiries, Resolving Complaints, And Processing Requests Through The Visiting Customer To The Office. Languages : Hindi, Marathi

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and Marathi
• Female Only
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Hindi, Marathi
• You are polite and calm under pressure
