Har Shreejee Finance & Leasing Company Limited (Indi Rupee) is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team in Sector 3 - Noida, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Sales
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
