A new Senior Executive role is open at Har Shreejee Finance & Leasing Company Limited (Indi Rupee), Sector 3 - Noida, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
