Pay and perks

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Ms Word, Procurement
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
