Executive Assistant

Haripriya Associates is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

What the job involves

As an Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, Record keeping, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
