Handle Incoming Customer Enquiries Through Phone Calls And Whatsapp.Contact Potential Customers And Generate Sales Leads.Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Cctv/Security Products.Explain Product Features, Pricing, Offers, And Solutions To Customers.Prepare And Share Quotations With Customers.Regularly Follow Up With Leads And Convert Enquiries Into Orders.Maintain Good Relationships With Existing And New Customers.Coordinate With The Technical And Installation Team When Required.Maintain Daily Records Of Leads, Calls, Follow-Ups, And Sales. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : Gujarati, English, Hindi

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Gujarati, Hindi, Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
