Allocate Tasks To Workers And Ensure Optimum Manpower Utilization.Ensure Safe Handling Of Goods To Prevent Damage Or Loss.Verify Materials Against Invoices, Delivery Challans, And Dispatch Documents.Monitor Timely Dispatch And Receipt Of Goods. System Entries Lr, Drs, Prs, E-Way Bill Updation. Skills Needed : Email

What you will do

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email
