What the job involves

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹18,200 – ₹20,500 per month.

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Real Estate, Sales and Telugu
