Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹18,500 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Kannada, Outbound, Sales
