Hdfc Life Insurance is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Circus Avenue, Kolkata. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹65,000/month.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Basic accounting, Data entry and Email etiquette

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹65,000 per month.
