Hdfc Life Insurance is looking for an Office Coordinator to join its team in G. T. Road, Kolkata. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 12 candidates will be hired for this role. Freshers can apply.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Skills and qualifications
