What the job involves

As a Business Manager, your work will include:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

• Skills: Financial products, KYC, MS Excel, Compliance
