Team Coordinator

Hdfc Life is looking for a Team Coordinator to join its team in Gariahat, Kolkata. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹45,000/month.

Lead And Motivate Teams To Achieve Operational Targets And Objectives. Manage Workflows, Assign Tasks, And Ensure Quality Standards Are Maintained. Analyze Performance Metrics And Implement Strategies To Improve Productivity. Languages : Bengali, Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English and Hindi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

What you get

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
