Heads Up Consulting Private Limited is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Sector 20 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• Work location: Sector 20 - Gurgaon, Delhi, Delhi
• Timings: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday 2nd and 4th Saturdays are working
• Employment type: Full time
• Interview: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
