Heartspace is looking for a Carpenter Foreman to join its team in Khordha, Bhubaneswar. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. There are 3 open positions.

The Carpenter Foreman Leads And Manages The Daily Activities Of A Carpentry Team On Job Sites. Acting As The Liaison Between The Site Manager/Project Manager And The Trade Workers, The Foreman Is Responsible For Ensuring Work Is Executed According To Architectural Blueprints, On Schedule, Within Budget, And To Strict Safety And Quality Standards. 1. Site Supervision & Team Management. 2. Technical Execution & Quality Control. 3. Material & Logistics Management. 4. Health & Safety Compliance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety procedures
• Explain completed work and advise customers on maintenance
• Maintain tools, workshop cleanliness and job cards
• You will diagnose faults and carry out repairs and periodic servicing.
• Replace parts and test equipment or vehicles after work

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Safety practices, Hand and power tools, Repair & maintenance, Job card handling
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are hands-on and careful
