Billing Clerk

Hec Engineering Co is looking for a Billing Clerk to join its team in T.Nagar, Chennai. Freshers can apply. The pay goes up to ₹12,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• You'll coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Bank reconciliation, TDS and GST
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
