Hedwig Financial Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Telecaller Outbound to join its team in Subhash Nagar, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
