Key Roles & Responsibilities:Administration & Operations Oversight: Oversee Day-To-Day Administrative Functions Of The Company Maintain Oversight Of Plant Operations In Coordination With The Plant Head Ensure All Departments Are Aligned With Company Policies And The Md'S Directives Prepare And Present Mis Reports And Operational Summaries. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, CRM, Target achievement and Lead generation
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and target-driven

Your responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

• Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
• Interview: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
