Salary

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

As a Tele Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Bengali, Domestic, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
