Heritage Vision Education Trust wants to bring on an Assistant Hr Manager for its Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar team. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, HRMS, Payroll and MS Excel
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and confidential
