The Ideal Candidate Will Have Prior Experience In Telesales, Preferably In The Finance Or Insurance Domain.Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers (Cold/Warm Leads) To Promote Insurance Software. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : English, Gujarati, Hindi

• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Gujarati, Hindi, Sales

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
