Hi-Pack Distributors has an opening for an Hr Manager based in Rohini Sector 28, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Screening, MS Excel, Recruitment and Payroll
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and good communicator
