Manage The Calendar, Meetings, Appointments, Coordinate With Internal Departments Smooth Workflow.Take Minutes Of Meetings And Follow Up On Action Items.Maintain Records,Reports.Track Daily Operational Activities And Ensure Timely Completion Of Assigned Tasks.Handle Email Correspondence, Phone Calls, And Official Communications.Perform Any Other Ta. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Process Coordinator, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Active listening, Complaint handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and customer-first
