Hi Tek Syndicate wants to bring on a Collection Executive / Officer for its Mohali team. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Punjabi, Hindi
• A detail-oriented, ethical attitude
