What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Who can apply

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Documentation, Customer acquisition, KYC, Financial products
• No English required

Compensation

You will be paid ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
