Call Center Executive

Highrise Edutech & Skills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Call Center Executive to join its team in New Friends Colony, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month.

We Are Looking For A Dynamic And Result-Oriented E-Caller To Handle Outbound And Inbound Calls For Our Education Process. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Contacting Prospective Students, Explaining Courses/Programs, And Assisting Them Through The Admission Process. Type : Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Outbound
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

• Someone self-motivated and confident

Day-to-day work

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
