Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : Hindi

What you will do

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Hindi
• An ethical, detail-oriented attitude

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
