Acts As A Key Of Contact For Complaints And Supports Clients With Product/Service Information Until Payment Is Completed. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Inbound
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
