The Role Includes Recruitment, Interview Coordination, Employee Onboarding, Attendance And Hr Record Management, Team Coordination, Office Administration, And Maintaining A Positive Workplace. Good Communication, Organizational Skills, And Basic Hr Knowledge Are Required. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Labour law basics, Recruitment and Payroll
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
