Hindustan Cooling System has an opening for a Computer Accountant based in Ashok Vihar, Panipat. The pay goes up to ₹8,500/month.

Handle Accounts Payable And Receivable Processes, Ensuring Accurate Transactions And Timely Settlements. Reconcile Discrepancies And Maintain Financial Records. Collaborate With Vendors And Clients To Resolve Payment Issues. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You will reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• You'll coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹8,500 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of TDS, GST, Accounts payable and Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
