Hindustan Infrastructure Solutions wants to bring on an Accounts Executive for its Bavla, Ahmedabad team. Salary is up to ₹29,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Prepare Purchase & Jv Invoice (Entry And Scanning). Issue P.O. And Maintain P.O Entries. Issue Grn For All Materials And Release Payment In Accordance To The Same. Regularly Cross Check Of Grn To Have An Exact Idea Of Stock At Hand. Proper Checking (Name & Gst No. Must) & Posting Of Journal Invoices (Tds Provision Apply Wherever Applicable). 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : GST, TDS

Key responsibilities

• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• You'll process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹29,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Gst and Tds
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: GST, TDS
• Someone numerate and accurate
