Hira Education Society wants to bring on an Hr/Admin for its Khadakwasla, Pune team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Data entry, MS Office and Basic accounting
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and organised

Roles and responsibilities

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
