Job Description: In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Updating And Maintaining Data Accurately And Efficiently Within The System. You Will Be Required To Identify And Rectify Data Discrepancies And Errors To Maintain Data Accuracy. Generate Reports And Summaries As Needed. Basic Excel, MS Power Point, > 30 WPM Typing Speed, Advanced Excel | Skills Needed : Computer

Your responsibilities

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer and Ms Power Point
• Good English
