In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Updating And Maintaining Data Accurately And Efficiently Within The System. You Will Be Required To Identify And Rectify Data Discrepancies And Errors To Maintain Data Accuracy. Generate Reports And Summaries As Needed. Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Computer

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer and Internet Surfing
• Good English
