Hirevista has an opening for a Customer Support Executive based in Byculla East, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Customer Support Executive Required With 12 Years Of Experience To Handle 3540 Calls Daily, Provide L1 Technical Support, And Resolve Customer Queries. Candidate Must Be A Graduate With Good Communication In English & Hindi And Basic Knowledge Of Windows & Mac. Salary: 20,000 - 25,000. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Local market knowledge, Negotiation and Customer handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and self-motivated
