Day-to-day work

As a Field Recruiter, your work will include:

• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, MS Excel and Screening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, confidential attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
