Associate Lawyer

Hk Legal wants to bring on an Associate Lawyer for its Boat Club Road, Pune team. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹50,000/month.

Handling End-To-End Property Registrations At The Sub-Registrars Office, Including Document Verification, Annexures, And Valuations; Liaising With Revenue & Municipal Authorities For Land Records, Nocs, & Approvals; Facilitating Mutation And Updating 7/12, 8A, And Property Cards And Strong Knowledge Of Land, Stamp & Property Law. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Draft and review contracts, notices and legal documents
• Coordinate with courts, authorities and external counsel
• Maintain case files, timelines and records
• You will research laws, regulations and case precedents.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Documentation, Legal research, Contract review and Compliance
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are ethical and precise
