Key Responsibilities Include Making Outbound Sales Calls, Managing Customer Queries, Updating Databases, And Achieving Targets, Typically Requiring Excellent Communication Skills. Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound and Outbound
