Job Description:We Are Looking For A Responsible And Proactive Crm Executive To Manage Customer Relationships, Follow-Ups, And Order Coordination.Responsibilities:Handle Customer Calls And Inquiries.Follow Up With Existing And New Customers.Maintain Customer Data And Records In Excel.Coordinate With Customers Regarding Orders, Deliveries, And Payments.Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Queries.Coordinate With The Sales, Production, And Dispatch Teams.Maintain Daily Follow-Up Reports.Update Customer Information In The Crm System.Skills Required:Good Communication Skills.Basic Knowledge Of Ms Excel And Computer Operations.Good Follow-Up And Coordination Skills.Ability To Handle Customers Professionally.Experience In Crm Or Customer Handling Will Be Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel, MS Word | Skills Needed : Computer

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Computer, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
