We Are Hiring A Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive To Connect With Hardware Store Owners, Dealers, And Distributors Across India. The Role Involves Making Outbound Calls, Introducing Our Company And Products, Generating Interest In Our Dealership/Distributorship Program, And Scheduling Appointments For The Sales Team. Candidates Should Have Excellent Communication And Convincing Skills, Be Target-Oriented, And Maintain Accurate Call Records. The Ideal Candidate Can Build Customer Interest, Handle Objections Professionally, Follow Up With Prospects, And Contribute To Expanding Our Dealer Network. Prior Experience In Telecalling Or B2B Sales Is Preferred. Type : Domestic, Sales, Inbound, Mutual Funds | Languages : English, Hindi | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Day-to-day work

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What you get

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
